Each year, the awards embrace a fresh theme, take place in a new location, and celebrate the incredible team spirit supported by our clients, colleagues, and communities.

Theme: The Fantastic Four!
Marking four years of growth, DayMaking, and extraordinary teamwork, the 2025 DreamMaker Awards celebrated the unique strengths each DayMaker member brings, from intuitive service and quiet leadership to creativity, resilience, and a can-do spirit.
Inspired by the qualities of Marvel’s Fantastic Four, the event used a fun theme to recognise not just what our people do, but how they do it, with energy, care, and heart. We were proud to share the celebration with our clients, inviting them to nominate standout DayMakers and join us in honouring those who make everyday interactions exceptional. The 2025 awards were a reminder of the culture, values, and people that power everything we do, proving that putting people first is our greatest strength.
The 2024 awards
Theme: The power of 3
The 2024 DreamMaker Awards offered a moment of reflection and celebration, recognising the strength and momentum built over three incredible years. What began as a bold idea had grown into a thriving community of over 100 DayMakers, each bringing something extraordinary to the everyday. The theme, The Power of Three, symbolised unity, progress, and partnership, a tribute to the combined energy of our people, clients, and the shared journey ahead. Held at Mr Fogg’s House of Botanicals in Fitzrovia, the evening was filled with laughter, recognition, and appreciation. Clients and colleagues came together to honour those who quietly and consistently make On Verve shine.
The 2023 awards
Theme: It takes two
Celebrating partnership, progress, and people, the 2023 DreamMaker Awards marked On Verve’s second birthday with a celebration at Sticky Mango in London. The theme It Takes Two emphasised our belief that success is always shared between colleagues, clients, and the growing team of DayMakers who bring the On Verve spirit to life every day.
In just two years, we’d built a team that truly makes a difference. This event honoured those who deliver unforgettable experiences with energy, heart, and commitment. Our clients joined us for an evening of awards and appreciation, shining a spotlight on the DayMakers going above and beyond.

The 2022 awards
Theme: You’re the one that I want
Our very first DreamMaker Awards in 2022 marked a heartfelt milestone, the celebration of On Verve’s first birthday and the beginning of a tradition that honours the extraordinary energy and spirit within our team.
Gathered at The Lucky Club in London, we came together with our clients and colleagues to share gratitude, launch our first social impact project, and shine a spotlight on the DayMakers who make a difference every day.
